Legends Memorabilia was responsible for bringing some of the first Stargate props and costumes to fans via online auctions. Over the years other companies have also held Stargate auctions to clear out the large inventory that MGM built up at Bridge Studios. That inventory has since been cleared out, but Legends Memorabilia has maintained their own collection of original Stargate props, costumes, set dressing, and artwork. And now they are–once again–auctioning off some of those items.
Starting Friday, August 8th 2014 Legends will be offering over 150 items from Stargate SG-1, Sanctuary, and four other science fiction favorites. Legends will continue to add new items daily for 2 weeks.
The auctions will be held on their catalog website, www.stargateprops.com.
Two of the first items to be offered include a complete offworld costume worn by Amanda Tapping as Sam Carter, and original Ori set decoration.
